Wow....there are just soooo many very cool things about being an agent with Keller Williams that is unlike working for any other brokerage in the greater Milwaukee/Waukesha area...and maybe on earth !
When you are a Keller agent...you don't just get to watch the sellers get their check....and any disbursement checks in a pile that appear on the closing statement...YOU actually get paid...right then !

This week we were interviewed by an investor....the interview was lengthy and thorough...what was our experience...in great detail. We felt an instant connection....and the meeting lasted twice as long as any of us antiipated. The lead investor was from out of state and was flying on the next day to do work in other markets.

For years, we tried logic....we tried national statistics...and alas...(who says that...guess it's the same antiquated anti-IDX line folks) . We could never convince the major players in the greater Milwaukee area MLS ....the brokers, the board members that having an IDX line was a good thing. The excuses were many...the reality, we believe, is it would make it difficult...maybe impossible....for the major brokers to sell leads from the same MLS we all pay to belong to....from the same brokerage we gave (past tense should be noted) a healthy share of commission to...to sell the leads back to agents. We have been overwhelmed by the response to our invitation to learn more about what Keller Williams has to offer an agent...to some agents...the education foundation of the company was enough by itself to peak their interest....to others it was the technology....there is a commission structure unlike any other in the market...there is the agent driven philosophy.....and oh yes...the profit sharing....a good part but not necessarily at the top of every list...it IS the frosting !

When we were considering leaving a broker to go to Keller Williams, we did not openly discuss it with many other agents...we talked to every brokerage in the area that could possibly be of interest....we were actively recruited by some and curious about others.
Not one other agent/manager/broker ever betrayed our confidence...they respected the confidential search we conducted and evaluated what each brokerage had to offer.
