In Wisconsin, after an inspection the Buyer may request repairs or replacements...further examination by specialists in various trades and that is to be expected on any inspection...despite what Sellers or Listing agents want to believe....the perfect house is hard to find. We got an amendment that "required" further examination by people licensed in various trades...not only people...but specific people who cannot be used and those who can....say what ? Some of those people listed either by profession or name have not proven to be "correct" in our experience....and in fact very wrong. Evaluation by professionals in specific trades … (8 comments)
