We know that every MLS is a little bit different....and the "rules" are not universal for every market. One of the things that our MLS has which we are guessing is fairly universal is the ability to add documents accessible to other agents. Typically, the attachments include the real estate condition report and Lead base paint adddendum if necessary. Are there other things that CAN be included and are not that make a listing more complete ? Absolutely.....our rule of marketing thumb is that there is NO such thing as too much information and the more that you can give a (54 comments)
