multi purpose use of rooms: Listing/Selling Creatively....One Room at A Time

Sometimes homes present a challenge to both listing and selling agents because of the custom design of the house and/or the way the Sellers have chosen to use/furnish it. It is not practical or economical to change a room to meet what "might make the expectations" of buyers. We recently had an agent who critiqued the layout of the house suggesting furnishings and changes that would be a healthy five figure expense to the seller....hmmmm....not happening.
