We have proudly been licensed Real Estate Brokers in Wisconsin for what seems like a lifetime....and we love what we do and the diversity of things that a real estate career provides for practitioners. A routine part of a listing is for the Buyer to hire a home inspector. We require the buyer's agent to attend the inspection and make that requirement known in MLS. If the agent cannot attend and cannot find anyone to attend on their behalf, one of us is at the inspection.
