It was our honor and pleasure to be the host/hostess/tour guide/agents for Kevin & Jessica, new Wisconsin residents formerly from New Jersey. No strangers to the weather....they had lived her for a little while and were ready to make the move from renting to buying. When we introduce new buyers to Wisconsn we think it is important to do some "Show and Tell" and we don't mean just houses. There are lots of wonderful reasons to live in southeastern Wisconsin. Places to go and things to see...we always gift them with one of our calendars no matter what month it is because next year they will get another one and it tells ALLL about the lakefront and ethnic festivals that are part of what make Summer "happen" on the Lake Michigan lakefront. As we look at our business and where it comes from and how we got it....It is by design that it is not confined to a geographic farm, one demographic description, one of ANYTHING....you know the song....One is the Lonliest Number.....it can be in real estate and allied professions as well. There is but of course....and you know that was coming...our ever reaching purple envelopes...they have a way of reaching across neighborhoods, generations, geographic boundaries as we hear they are posted in companies, sent to college students, etc. It is consistent, it is recognized....and welcomed.
