 Today the Capital Area Animal Welfare Society (CAAWS) held its annual Mardi Gras parade (Mystic Krewe of Mutts) to raise funds for the animal shelter.  In downtown Baton Rouge, on North Boulevard, pet owners dressed up themselves and their dogs in the Mardi Gras spirit.  The weather was great .....
