house: Home Warranty for Sellers between Feb 14th and March 14th - 02/09/08 11:01 AM
We have found that many sellers either do not have the available funds or do not have the motivation to make repairs to their house while it is on the market.  This is not a good feeling for the seller and can also become a negotiating point for buyers.

house: Manhasset Public School Calendar for 2008-09 - 01/10/08 02:51 PM
 
The Manhasset Public Schools District has an approved calendar for the 2008-09 school year.  The Board of Education approved the calendar at its January 3, 2008 meeting.
School will officially begin on Wednesday September 3rd.  Graduation and the last day of school is Friday, June 26, 2009.
