"Homes in Show Ready Condition Sell For Top Dollar" regardless of the housing market. I have been saying this for years but it has never been more true than today especially with the increased competition on the market today. Ultimately if you compare two homes and both homes are identical in every way including features, location and view...the one that is the cleanest and in the best show ready condition will sell first and usually for a higher price.
