I really believe if the Media would quit printing negative articles about the real estate market, we would have a lot better market. It is not depressed in every area. Newton Iowa and the whole Jasper County area is doing ok. But the way the media sounds please................now is a great time to buy! Interest rates are low.

It's pretty cold here in Newton,Ia so our office goes above and beyond our scope of customer service. When I say cold, it was -10 below this weekend.
