During the last year, I’ve had the opportunity to teach and consult at several market centers and brokerages. In visiting with team leaders and administrators one item kept emerging as a problem. They can’t understand why agents don’t take advantage of excellent technology and systems provided to them, usually free of charge.Technology can be overwhelming to agents. On top of good old person to person lead generation, there are scores of new social media and Internet systems to help their business, many of which look to get into the agents’ pockets for $19.99 per month and up.
