Hello Eveybody..

I finally could close on this little house in North Flushing. Such an easy sell but took long to have a closing date. Why? The bank had to verify the buyers occupation 2x. I can not believe how hard the banks are giving out mortgages. WE Waited from June 27 to 14 to close. but it was a very smooth closing.

Hi Everyone,

I truly love all the experinces I have in Real Estate....

When I am working with a buyer some times I e-mail the listings to save some time on both sides, and usually include a friendly professional note to them and explaine all te details and at the end,I USED to say "we will go and see any listings that is in your interest TOGETHER."

I sent an e-mail to this male buyer and included the clause above to the end of my e-mail. The next thing I remember is having a phone call back from this person and he started talking a little off and said I woyuld go anywhere with you and see anything with you and ....... My God I felt so insulted and angry.

The next day I handed the buyer to the oldest male in office so he wouldn't think other wise any more.

For a while that was a nice joke around the office.

Ladies becareful how you talk or write your e-mails do not make the same mistake I made... or just maybe that person was not mormal...

Hello to all my Active Rain friends,

It's been a while since my last confession (blog). Just a joke.

Thank God life has been great so has been the business. The only complain is that some of us should try to let some listings to expire to hunt them not while there is still a sing standing on the lawn and the listing is still active. i don't like to see someone elses card on my listing with a flag for Memorial Day.

This happened on the North Flushing Area and Bayside. You hire to put flags or flyers. try to avoid the listed houses.Because I try not to do solicitation. It it a dirty business but we can paly it clean.

My Dear Active Rain freinds,

I was following up with some clients of mine; for one lady I found an apartement and she gave me a deposit on it and for some reason both the client and the landlord backed out on the rental, so I promised her I would find some thing for her. After 2 days, I called to let her know that I found a place after giving her the area where she said "The place is near the cemetery and I don't like it," So I looked for more places, and honestly didn't find any in the area she wanted so I called her yesteday after a week to see if she found something and be in touch ,the husband who was separated from her picked up the phone, after all the greetings I asked if she was around and found an apartment. The husband paused a little and said " No she didn't and she passed away last week". Oh my God I felt the whole office was spinning around and couldn't control myself and started crying and said how sorry I was....

Long story short..... The two agents were for 7:00 pm. I got there and the agent A was there and the agent B was sitting in her car, Both of them waiting for their customers to come. Agent A's customer came earlier and we went upstairs and as I was showing the place the Realtors cell phone rang and after a minute of talking she asked me the name of agent B who was waiting downstairs.... I looked a little puzzled and told her the name and she laughed ans said you know I brought the husband and the agent B has the wife to show the apartment......

It was so funny...... but I still don't know what if the tenants want the apartment?

I check my own listings and I end up going to the MLS and look for Apts or houses. I know there isn't much commission in a rental but it only take 10 minutes to put a listings in the system and all I see is the address and the commission split, the name of the agent and office phone number. Is it to time consuming to put the inclusions and condition and some bla bla remarks? Please at least get back to the agent who is interested in the rental and we are talking about a $3000 house rental not a 1 BR Apt of $1100. Am I asking for too much?
