This was written by one of our preferred Lenders (his info down below). I do have his permission but thought that it was an easy way for Buyers to understand further what exactly the credit is all about.

My word. I found this on the Homes for sale in Mobile Alabama and could not have made this Tax Credit any easier for the consumer to understand. I just had to re-blog to share with my clients in Texas!

Builder bails on my Buyer! Where is the customer service, I ask? - 02/16/09 08:46 PM
I have permission from my Client to post about this because it was an absolutely atrocious closing. I will also respect my Client from further pain by not "naming names".
The saga starts when she is supposed to close in October and I won't give you ALL of the gory details, but the one thing that I walk away with is:
What happened to the customer service Builder when you decided to walk away and leave your "investors" to close the deal?

So, I made some New Years' Resolutions...you know the usual, take more bubble baths, loose weight, be nicer to people, stop questioning myself, that kind of stuff.
But, I also made a good resolution and that was to CELEBRATE more. I mean to celebrate the little things in life. I run so fast some days that the roses's are a blur to me.
