Market Statistics are lively for Garden Ridge, Texas ~ A serene place to live! I am super excited! I was running some numbers for a client today and pulled up some of these great stats on Garden Ridge, Texas. You see my office is in Garden Ridge. We are at the corner of Bat Cave and FM 2252. An office that plays together ~ works well together! How long have large corporations known this? Years upon years. You hear the stories of "bonding" adventures, classes, retreats and the such. It's no different in any other environment where there needs to be cohesiveness and teamwork. I didn't always see this "bonding", working as a team effort so much in my 22 years of real estate. Ahhhh, the power of Active Rain! I have been learning the art of blogging since last August when my sister, Kristin Moran, basically told me that I needed to. Since that time I know that being active on Active Rain has garnished me with some nice listings, clients that are talking about my blog or prospects that decide that "I'm the one" based on the blog, BEFORE I even show up to their house! Someone on my Facebook page posted a link to this article (isn't that where all good things come?). It's written by Juan Carlos Perez of IDG News Service and published by PC World. So, it all starts innocent enough. Our Board of REALTORS is hosting a Town Hall Meeting. Our office discussed attending together because the presentation was given by KGBTexas and the topic was Social Media. I was very curious to see just how involved our Board was and it's members!
