Could this be a more perfect place to live!  Sure it's Raining today and a bit chilly with with a high of 64 degrees.  However personally it's a nice change compared to the 70 degrees sunny weather that we normally have.  I would take rain ten to twenty days of the year then to have a frigid cold snowy 6 months out of the year.
