San Diego Real Estate has picked up so far this year. It seems some of the buyers have jumped down from the home buyer procrastination fence. It couldn't have come at a better time. The San Diego real estate market has large amounts of inventory in many areas and it's getting ripe on the vine. The picking is easy and oh so sweet if you're ready to buy. So for in 2008 there has been an influx of buyers and I think many of them are spurring on the fence sitters that have been unsure about buying for the last couple of years.
