I am so glad we have had a few days of nice weather! When that happens buyers come back to look at homes!!! Our rates now are good ~ plenty of inventory; it is a great time to buy!

Home Staging - 12/05/08 02:04 PM

Here are a few tips to help you with home staging ~
Clear off coffee tables and end tables; just leave 2/3 magazines and one nice vase or statue.
Clear off all counters, remove all magnets/photos from the refrigerator.
Sweep off all decks and porches ~ decks should be stained or painted
Outdoor furniture ~ simply create a "room setting"
Just following these few steps you will be amazed at the difference!!!
