SERIOUS BUYERS ARE SHOPPING FOR HOUSES TOO! - 12/06/07 07:18 PM
Even though we are now in the throws of "Holiday Time", the serious Buyers are out, shopping and looking for deals.  My Open House traffic has increased during the last 2 weeks and the right questions are now being asked by Buyers.  In the past, December was a very slow month, but now it's hopping!
