Unbelievable !!  Turning a typical residential home into a rooming house and getting away with it for so long.  I'm sure it is much more common than we know, and we can't really generalize about certain neighborhoods as this problem has been seen in the 905 area as well.

I'm curious to know if any stagers include a packing service along with the decluttering process or do you simply instruct the homeowner on which items can be put away before you return to stage the rooms.
