I recently had a client ask me that question while looking at a home. My immediate answer was no, the subdivision doesn’t have any – but Lee’s Summit, Missouri is VERY well connected. In fact, there is a path at the front of the subdivision! In 1988, Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation Department developed a comprehensive city-wide greenway master plan. The objective was to maintain and protect open space while responding to the needs of recreational trail users.
