I know that we are going to have a lot of short sales for the next few years.  Therefore, I decided to take the two-days course and do not regret doing it.  I've done short sales and have done a pretty good job at getting these homes closed and the owners saving their credit.

So, I decided to go a little bit better and learn more about this designation.  There is a slew of documents that can help organize you and make your short sale go smoother.  If you can get the bank to get to accept the short sale by releasing a written acceptance letter, keeping the buyer committed to your listing without just walking away right before closing, you've accomplished a lot.

That's what this CDPE designation will do for you.  Buyer's agents love to know if you've been trained in short sales and this is one of the best trainings I've ever been in.  Let homeowner's know that you are out there to help them save their credit for future purchases of their next home.
