I also do property management and I just closed out the file for one of my tenants, Dale and Tiffany. Dale and Tiffany were tenants for 6 years! They got married and had their first child during this time. For the past year they have been dreaming of their own home, diligently searching all the listings. A 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story home 1560 square feet with a two car garage on a .19 lot. The previous owners did not take very good care of the home so the home needs some rehab. Fernley Bank Owned Home in Donner Trails SOLD This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1098 square foot home with a two car garage in Donner Trails was in immaculate condition.
