     It continues to be a buyers' market but for how much longer?  I think the tides are going to turn and when that happens it will be sudden and without warning.  Let's look at the facts--the Fed dropped the rates by 1/2% which takes some time to reflect in the mortgage rates but mortgage rates are already as low as they have been in the last couple of years.  The inventory of houses on the market is high, prices are  much lower, and sellers are willing to pay closing costs.   FHA and VHDA loans are available and so if you … (6 comments)
