But most agents don't do enough with listings once they get them. Do you sell them or do they expire? How do you get your inventory sold, as well as help you service your sellers. You need a system in place that helps you achieve these important goals. 1:Sellers want communication. I am wondering if I am being overly critical, this past weekend I asked a fellow realtor to do an open house at one of my up scale homes in Richmond, RI. The realtor is not that busy so I thought she may get some leads from doing an open house for me, plus she wanted some exeprience. This home is 3000 SF, one level. The homeonwer just called to tell me that the light throughout the house were left on both days, is this common? do you turn off the lights when you exit a property? Should I have (7 comments)
