Ann you are so right about texting. I am embarassed to say I am guilty of doing it sometimes. Our state just enforced an $85 fine if seen texting. Well, its for our own good, so I say - good!! A war is being waged over the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit, and it doesn't look good at the moment for a tax credit extension or expansion - although no one has given up the fight What are your thoughts? Should we hold on, tell our clients to hold on or is the $8000 tax credit a thing of the past? Do we tell clients, if you haven't put a home in purchase and sales yet, don't count on the tax credit.
