What is the best thing you can do during showings of your house?Make yourself scarce.
Ever shopped in a store where the employees clearly work on commission and almost seem to lurk in the background, watching your every move, while you shop?

Past Client Care Program
1.  Scheduled direct mailings, action plans and seasonal mailings.  Remember birthday's, holidays, anniversaries, this means so much! 2.  Offer a Moving truck complimentary to clients and those who have referred me. 
3.  Personal notes or letters, followed up with a phone call every quarter or every few months

I have mixed feelings on open houses.  I always thought an open house was to bring you a potential buyer or client!  I am finding that does happen, but not necessarily for that open house!  Most open houses attract curious drive buyers, or inquistive neighbors, do they ever result in a sale?  I think … (12 comments)
