How do you get clients to understand that it is Mandatory to have a relationship disclosure form signed? They always feel that we are being to pushy and don't want to sign it. Any advice? Finally my sellers are calling me and saying "what do you think, should we lower the price?" WOW - they are getting it........ When I meet with client I offer a CMA, if the price to list should be $550, why do they want to list it at $575?? I make them sign the CMA where it says $550, so they can see it when they tell me to lower price........... they seem to have a "senior moment" but then "get it" after a while........I try to tell them, "nothing will sell for more than its worth, nothing!!"
