I just commented on Jim Marshall's featured blog asking what advice we would give to a new agent. I wrote so much, it turned into this blog post:
If I were a new agent, just starting out, in this business, this is what I would do:
First of all, I would find an good, seasoned, busy agent that was willing to mentor me.
We didn't have Active Rain when I started. I would read, read, read on this site. Join different groups and start to comment on others blogs. You will develop relationships by doing this. Do everything you can … (12 comments)
