Trick-o-Treat in Outer Space
Museum offers safe environment for Halloween festivities.
MCMINNVILLE, Ore. - The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum will host its annual Trick-o-Treat in Outer Space event on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

In the interest of creating a better environment, new legislation that is along the lines of the Waxman-Markey Cap and Trade Bill is scheduled to be unveiled by the end of the month.  The bill will include language for a new National Building Code calling for homes to be more energy efficient. 
With regard to new construction, there have been some notable innovations in green building designs and the use of these should be encouraged in new homes.

Do you ever have weeks like this? 
The listing says "RMLS lock box, Vacant 24 hours."  I arrive at the house only to find a combination lock on the front door.  I call the listing agent, she doesn't answer her phone.  I leave a message.  I call the main office, and leave a message there as well.  The listing agent finally calls me back.... the next day.  Says she didn't realize she didn't put an RMLS lock box on the house.  She gives me the combination.   I make a second appointment with my clients and show back up at the home at the appointed time.  The combination … (3 comments)
