Just recently, while researching the web for post crads and brochures i came across VISTA PRINT. They have it ALL.. from post cards, brochures, business cards (for as low as $3.99), magnets, pens... just any kind of martketing material you can think of -- and the BEST part of it all, it costs almost NOTHING!! I am so impressed with them that my whole office has ordered from there. The prices are SO reasonable -- and most of the stuff you can get free ...for example they give you 100 post cards for free.. 250 business cards free ...etc.. NO CATCH!

In addition, if you have any problems or questions, they have a 1800 number you can call -- and they're extremely helpeful.

NEED HELP with ADVERTISING?

I'm fairly new to real estate and I'm getting ready to run some adds in the paper. Consistant adds for about 3-6 months. I was told by the advertising direction of this paper that I should not put homes in -- but something that will catch readers attention. He suggested recepies ..Im not sure I want to go that route ..

This is where I'm hoping to get some ideas from everyone.. what are your opinions?
