There was no sales activity in the Colony Green condo community in January 2018. The lack of inventory of homes and condos for sale in Blossom Valley San Jose continue to create multiple offers and bidding wars on the few homes that are for sale. Many buyers are simply giving up.
Sellers, on the other hand, are cashing in on offers substantially over asking price often with no contingencies.
When a condo is listed buyers need to move quickly and be prepared to compete to win the bidding war.

San Jose received an amazing donation from Walter Cottle Lester who died at the age of 88 the day before the opening of the public trail.
It has been reported that developers offered Walter Cottle Lester more than 500 Million for the 237 acres of land. He was certainly one man who was more concerned about legacy than millions.

We continue to have spring-like weather in San Jose despite the fact that according to the calendar, it’s winter!
Threats of rain this weekend fell short as evidenced by the clear and dry view of Mount Umunhum pictured below.
Mount Umunhum is the second highest peak in the Santa Cruz Mountains. At 23,486 feet it can be seen all around Silicon Valley.The big box on top of the mountain is what remains of a former Air Force Base radar station.
