An April 2017 ActiveRain Challenge hosted by the Real Debbie Reynolds asks us to share 3 strategies, tips or ideas that increase the chances your offers are noticed and accepted. Number One: Follow the Listing Agent's Instructions. Do not ignore them ... follow them to the letter! Provide everything the listing agent asks to provide with the offer. In my San Jose Homes and Silicon Valley real estate market that always includes a lender approval letter and proof of funds, at a minimum. Very often, we are asked to download the disclosures and all reports and inspections, if any AND return them signed by the buyer(s) (53 comments)

As I enjoyed my morning coffee I prepared my list of things to do today and tomorrow. I sat down at my computer and was compelled to close out my 2016 files. The older I get the more I know this to be true …for ME. My life is a journey … not a destination. Along my life’s journey I encounter people, events, circumstances that “teach” me. It is why I am here ... to enjoy the journey. For the adventure. However, I admit, I do at times forget that.
