How does anyone lose a home? Aren't they kinda big to lose? Afterall, a house is not like a set of keys ... something a homeowner can misplace - right?
While sitting at clients’ dining room table the other day their very upset 5 year old daughter interrupted her parents and said:
“Mommie – I don't want to lose our home. How can anyone lose a home they are too big to lose?”

Great news for thousands of home buyers who will not be able to meet the June 30, 2010 tax credit deadline!
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, along with Senator Christopher Dodd and Senator Johnny Isakson has introduced an amendment to a jobs and tax bill currently under consideration by the Senate. The amendment would extend the tax credit deadline for closing on a home purchase from June 30, 2010 to September 30, 2010.
The amendment extends the deadline for closing transactions not for qualifying.
