I have recently not been actively posting to my ActiveRain blog. I have been busy with other things, including going back to school to obtain another license in the State of California. I will post about this new license once I finish school, sit for the state exam, and obtain my license.

ActiveRain Referrals - Thank You Lottie Kendall When the delivery person knocked on my door this morning I had no clue who sent me flowers. All kinds of guesses whirled through my mind but the guesses where shooting blanks. I could not come up with a name of anyone who I thought might send me flowers ... especially on a random day like September 22, 2014. When a referral may impact our own reputation Referrals are made every moment of every day. I’m not referring exclusively to referrals made within the real estate industry although those referrals are most definitely included. As a San Jose real estate agent I make a lot of referrals. I make more referrals to lenders than real estate agents. I refer more to service providers outside of the real estate industry than to lenders. I am very careful about referring.
