I know many people, including those I love and are dear to my heart who feels much differently about Mr. Steve Jobs than I do. That's okay. We are all entitled to our opinions, thoughts, and beliefs.

I recently received a JUST SOLD postcard for a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo in a condominium development in San Jose Blossom Valley. I am very familiar with the condo complex.

The Veterans Day Parade is sponsored by the United Veterans Council of Santa Clara County. The Veterans parade is accomplished with contributions and support from individuals and organizations and the City of San Jose.
The Veterans Day Parade is a public ceremony which has been held in Downtown San Jose on Veterans Day since 1919.

Referring to a trend on flip properties, and the requirement that "buyer must be pre-approved through Mr. Lender at AB C Mortgage", Cathy asks:
“But why on earth would an individual seller make this requirement.”

My opinion is: NO Agents do not have the right to take liberties and yet many do every day without regard for others and without any repercussion.

Pay it Forward - State of Grace After several weeks of dealing with State Farm in an attempt to help my client get the policy reinstated, we learned yesterday that after Pay it Forward - Lending a Helping Hand by filing a complaint with the California Department of Insurance, State Farm did reinstate my clients policy! YES - rack one up for the good guys!
There was no mention of the complaint we filed ... however we will drop it since the policy was reinstated.
