Condo sales decreased 6.9% in June from condo sales in May 2008. This is the first decrease Santa Clara County condo sales has experienced in four months.
Silicon Valley Condos median price decreased 9.2% bringing the median condo price to $456,250.
The number of days on the market decreased to 46.
