If we take a close look at the last 7 weeks of Santa Clarita home inventory numbers, we will see that the inventory is increasing at this point. These numbers come from the active homes for sale in Santa Clarita. We're not identifying and including homes that are on the Santa Clarita real estate market, but in escrow.
Here is the breakdown of the last 7 weeks SCV housing inventory numbers:
April 2, 2010 = 802 Santa Clarita homes
April 9, 2010 = 794 Santa Clarita homes
April 23, 2010 = 804 Santa Clarita homes
