This many Stevenson Ranch homes in escrow can be attributed to: Attractive Stevenson Ranch Foreclosure Home pricing, low interest rates, FHA insured loans with reasonable 3.5% down payment requirement, and amazing first-time homebuyer incentives, such as the $8,000 federal tax credit if you purchase a home by December 1, 2009.
