At my former real estate brokerage, before I set up Evolve Real Estate Santa Fe, there was one guy who always talked about Ninja selling. He was positively messianic about it.  So I went to a one-day intro.  Extremely disappointing.  Basically it seemed like a solution looking for a problem, and not much different from a million sales courses.  Focus, enjoy your work, keep in touch with past and future customers, blah, blah.

Condos for Sale in Santa Fe - 11/09/09 04:00 PM
More and more I’m getting asked about condos for sale in Santa Fe. They have that great feature that vacation home owners love - lock ‘em and leave ‘em. They also have a certain value and costs that are fairly predictable if the homeowners’ association is doing a reasonable job. All of these features also appeal to people considering moving to Santa Fe full time. Yes, Santa Fe has marvellous blue skies, is a cultural gem and has great places to eat.  But what about the kids?Realtors are a varied crew of course, but few Santa Fe realtors have my real-time experience of the school system here, and if you’re considering a move here with school-age children, you need to talk to me!  I have a son who is going through the public school system, starting from kindergarden here - my wife also works in the public school system.I know the zones, the best schools for particular subjects, the best homes in the districts you choose, … (0 comments)
