Day 3 of the week long series of Exhibitor interviews I shot last week at the Keller Williams Family Reunion show.
Today we'll look at three different companies: ListHub, offering listing syndication and listing reporting; Mozy, remote data back up service; and Oodle, a classifieds website now with some interesting social media offerings.

listhub: Why Are My Listings Not Appearing On Zillow? - 10/22/09 09:34 AM
I often get emails asking this question, and usually the answer is one of these three reasons:
1) When creating an account on Zillow, it is essential that the agent register as a professional, not a standard user. When we get a listing feed, we match the email address on the listing with the email address on the profile. The reason we wouldn't post this listing online is that a standard user can't represent home that has a listing agent. Anyone in advertising will tell you that is in important to track where your leads are coming from- a task that is sometimes easier said then done. ListHub recently commissioned a white paper to try to tackly this task,and figure out which web channels they distribute to, are providing the best results.

I recently did an interview with ListHub.com in an effort to help their clients better understand Zillow, as we are one of the many sites to which they syndicate. If you are looking for a way to automatically upload your listings to a number of sites, quick and easy, their free syndication service is defintely something you should check out.
