For the second month in a row, Yahoo! Real Estate was the most trafficked real estate website according to Experian Hitwise. In the real estate category, Hitwise combines real estate and rentals. The top 10 sites, ranked according to traffic, were: 1. Yahoo! Real Estate - 5.87% market share 2. Realtor.com - 5.76% 3. Zillow - 4.4% 4. Trulia - 3.17% 5. Rent.com - 2.53% 6. Walkscore is an incredible website for learning what individual neighborhoods have to offer within walking distance. Personally, living in Chicago, it is very important to me because my husband and I only have one car and he takes it to work everyday, leaving me to get places either by foot or bike. But my home has a walkscore of 91 (out of 100), so it isn't a problem. This weekend I was at a cook out of some friends who recently had a child. I was recently on a panel to discuss Web 2.0 principles and an interesting discussion ensued regarding if it was actually necessary to have a website anymore as an Agent.
