Overall, usage of the site grew 57% year-over-year, with an average of 8.2 million unique users a month.
Other milestones include:
37% year-over-year growth in page views in 2009. 3.9 million for-sale, rental and Make Me Move listings are posted on Zillow today, up 43% year-over-year, as the result of more listings feed partnerships with brokerages and Multiple Listings Services. I am so excited to announce that today the Video Training Centerlaunched on Zillow! There are a core group of questions we frequently get, and now we have a resource that answers them in the form of short videos.
Along with FAQs, there are videos that walk through some of the most used marketing tools and resources on the site.

Over the few weeks, you'll see a number of Zillow training videos come out. Recently we did one for Zillow Advice, and now I am happy to present one about Zillow Mortgage Marketplace.
For Borrowers - You anonymously fill out a form that gets submitted to numerous Lenders in the marketplace. These Lenders provide you with a customized quote. Then you decide who you would like to reach out to and work with.

Five months ago Zillow launched the Zillow Mortgage Marketplace. A place where people can go to anonymously request loan information and loan officers can go to interact with these requests for free. Zillow launched a really cool, free co-branding tool . You can read this post to learn more about it, but if you just want to see it in action, check out the Zillow Mortgage Marketplace widget I installed in the right hand column of my blog. Go ahead and click on "see local rates". This takes you to the appropriate page within the Zillow website, but look at the top of the page. ME! And I follow you throughout your Zillow experience. :)

The coverage continues to roll in today about the new Zillow Mortgage Marketplace. Overall, the response has been overwhelming positive!
Consumers seem to like it too. The service has been available for about 18 hours now and so far there have been 2,205 loan requests! Only 1,257 of these requests have been responded to, so that leaves 948 leads waiting for someone to help them.
