Those words just jumped out at me! They realized their dreams and bought a house that they had fallen in love with but couldn’t afford until it showed up on ebay. I think it’s great they were able to get a good deal, but my question is “who represented the buyers?” Who was there to promote and protect their best interest?

In my yesteryear, I always thought if I could just avoid the hassle of having to talk to a real estate agent every time I was looking at real estate. Plus I did not trust that an individual would be looking out for only me and have only my best interests in mind. Along come the internet. Problem solved.. yeah!! I can search and get a lot of information without ever engaging a conversation with a real person. Plus I love control! So I have control, I think.

This is one attribute most people don’t take into account when relocating, but it is one I noticed immediately after moving into Kuna. The sense of hearing is very important to our well being. Noise pollution can be a detriment to real estate causing real physical and psychological problems. So lets list the sounds that are typical of Kuna.
