This is the common theme I hear from people attempting to move into this area. All they want is a little piece of land to call their own. A place to raise their children or animals, a piece of heaven on earth that gives them privacy, peace and freedom to fulfill their dreams. So with the prices on residential housing coming down, what is the price of vacant land in Kuna Country doing? The listing price for 1–3 acre parcels is about $80,000 per acre which is lower than 2006 when prices were hovering around $95,000 per acre. The

It’s our independent spirit that causes us to spend our Saturdays driving through the countryside hoping to come upon a house for sale that will fit our needs and desires. Maybe we’ll even find an open houses to visit. A great way to get to know the neighborhoods and what the market is like, right? I think it just leads to confusion, lots of questions and great way to waste precious gas and time. Homes In Kuna Idaho Under $150K - 12/07/07 03:16 PM
There has been lots of news in cyberspace recently about homes in Boise and Meridian that are under $150,000. I would like to add Kuna to the list. We have some great deals in this price range. I previewed one today that caught my attention. This home is located in a subdivision that has easy access to Meridian Rd and the interstate. It was in great shape. A very different floor plan with 1265 sq ft, 3 bedroom and 2 bath with a 2 car garage. I really loved the covered patio and shady backyard(well would be if there

Active Listings For Residential Single Family Homes Total = 199 Average Listing Price = $211,948 Pending Sales Total = 23 Average List Price = $167,680 Sold (in November 2006) Total = 29 Average List Price = $221,076 Average Sold Price = $213,062 Sold in November 2007 Total = 28 Average List Price = $204,941 Average Sold Price = $181,876 (89% of asking price) Change in number of sold listings = about the same Change in Sold Price from 2006 to 2007 = down 15% Absorption Rate = 7 months or 28 weeks So what has changed?
