This weekend was a rarity with no active listings and just pending properties waiting to close, so I got to join the Boiseans in enjoying the marvelous outdoors.
Taking my new Crusier on it’s maiden voyage to cover as much the greenbelt as possible, I was reminded of why Boise is so loved. 
Its parks were not full but well used by families hiding eggs for the kids, picnickers and neighborhood pickup games. The greenbelt was being well traveled by polite well mannered walkers, roller bladders and bicyclist of all ages.

Summertime brings back memories roaming the fields and woods of our country neighborhood. Sun baked days with friends and siblings, using every muscle climbing trees, and playing ball.
I feel very blessed to have those memories, things are definitely different in this day and age.
But when we think about owning a home, don’t forget to consider what the kids and adults will do for fun and get them off that cushy couch!?
