Most sellers have email and since our feedback usually comes to us via email, we just forward it on to the seller.  Sometimes we fax. Some sellers don't have email OR a fax, and want to be phoned with the information.  We usually call once a week and talk about how many showings have happened that week, and what feedback, if any, we have received.  If the information is lengthy or complex, we use the USPS to mail it to them. 
Obviously, if the property backs up to a major highway or railroad, or there is some other location issue that cannot be fixed … (0 comments)

We always try to ask our sellers if they want feedback after showings on their property, and how they want to receive it...usually by email or phone, but sometimes by U. S. mail.  Feedback helps us address any fixable problems which keep being mentioned in comments from potential buyers.
Actually most sellers already know what feedback might come up as a reason the buyers didn't buy.  They know such things as: the house next door is an eyesore, or that there is interstate noise close by, or that they have power lines in the back of the house.

We like to write about life, not just real estate.  I want to praise a nice woman at the United Airlines ticket counter in Nashville, TN.
A couple of weeks ago, John had gotten up at 4:00 a.m. to catch a 6:30 a.m. plane to Wausau, WI.  He was going to park the car at the airport, so I stayed in bed and he left the house. 
But then I turned on the early morning TV news in the bedroom, and heard that a truck had turned over on one route to the airport.  Its load was spread all over the road … (1 comments)
