We can refer you to private lenders, mortgage lenders, and other vendors in the area. And, of course, we never accept a fee for referral to a vendor or lender. Even though vendors come highly recommended to us, or we have had personal experience with their work, you should always interview them and get other references and come to your own comfort level with them.
