There are many beautiful areas in Nashville TN, which we show to buyers who are new to the area.    One area is the Old Hickory Boulevard area between Hillsboro Road and Highway 100.  Here are impressive homes on rolling lots with trees and flowers. My 'tour' also takes the buyers past the Iroquois Steeplechase where each May, about the time of the Kentucky Derby, horse races are held. Foreclosure Previews: MLS Area 2, Nashville TN - 08/27/10 01:24 PM
We like to keep up to date on home inventory in our area, and this week I previewed 5 foreclosures in the Vanderbilt University/Medical Center vicinity.    One in the Sylvan Park area, MLS 1206693, is listed at $160,000. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home, with some updates, although more are needed.  It has a partially finished basement.  I did not go down there as it smelled musty.
