Nothing Bundt Cakes out of Las Vegas, should be open in a couple of days to nourish you when you want a sweet treat. The store is going into the Greenway at Belle Meade retail strip at 21 White Bridge Road, Nashville TN,  Nothing Bundt Cakes sells the cakes in various flavors and sizes, including the single-serving "Bundtlet." (The chain's website proclaims: "Sorry Cupcake! Do we always need a formal listing presentation? - 09/07/11 01:23 PM

I have an out-of-town relative who, I think, will need to sell her home in the very near future.     We had talked about the equity she might have in the home and she had no idea. And I don't either, since the property is out of my market.  I got a referral for a Realtor, Gerry, in that city, and we made arrangements to meet her at the property.    Gerry was right on time for the appointment.  She was dressed appropriately, not too business like, not too casual. The Sylvan Park community in west Nashville will have a home tour on Saturday.

A neighborhood newsletter is also available. Sylvan Park is a community of older homes, some built as early as 1899, and many in the Victorian style. Many homes have been beautifully restored, and retaining the original charm.

Meth Labs - The Tragedies - 09/05/11 04:32 PM
  We know that we, as Realtors, have a horror of listing or selling a house which has been a meth lab. We know that it is toxic, and a nightmare to clean and rehab.   But there is another aspect to this story, as written by Vanderbilt Hospital medical professionals in this morning's Tennessean newspaper.    Explosions are not uncommon, and they leave the operators of the meth lab with severe burns which require very expensive treatment, for which the victim seldom has health insurance.   Also, the home of the fire victim is usually destroyed, leaving him/her homeless.   And … (3 comments)
