Farm your niche market and cover all the happenings in your neighborhood
Nashville Farmer's Market, located at 900 Rosa Parks Blvd, Nashville, TN 37208, is a fun and educational experience for both adults and for children. There are the freshest of vegetables, restaurants (we saw Indian, Jamaican, Chinese, Mexican, and plain ole bar-be-que) and a grocery in the food court. There are also crafts, and flea market items. You will likely see someone you know. Our family ate lunch there this week, and we all went to our favorite food booth, and then met back at a big table to enjoy the food and the company. Our grandson checked out the tomatoes......

We love the trees around our Nashville TN home, but every Fall we have to protect our attic from little wildlife, like squirrels and raccoons. We thought an old roof was letting them easily get in, and that a new roof would solve the problem, but no, the smart little critters STILL got in through the new roof. So today, after hearing a strange scratching, I have called All Paws Wildlife to come out and inspect the attic and cover any access spots with strong wiring. I am sure there are other wildlife removal companies around, and I receive no compensation from All (3 comments)
Learning To Ride A Motorcycle - 10/17/11 10:41 AM
We know more about real estate in the Nashville TN area than motorcycle riding. A friend, who wanted to learn to safely ride a motorcycle, recently did some research to find a place to take lessons. One which was recommended to her is at the Tennessee Technology Center, 100 White Bridge RoadNashville, TN 37205(615) 847-2030 Go here to find a schedule, or to contact them to ask questions. My friend was told that a riding course gives her a lower insurance rate. For real estate and homes information for the greater Nashville TN area, email John or Sarah Rummage, American (3 comments)
I like to share insights about real estate, but we also like to write about life outside of real estate. We also love to read the wisdom and inspiration of others.
Nashville TN is an exciting city with many types of restaurants, several colleges and universities, and many styles and prices of housing. We love living and working in Nashville, and invite you to email or phone us with questions about living in the area, or just to talk about your future plans.
We have a diverse clientele; some are investors who want to buy more properties; some are investors who want to sell their portfolio; some are seniors who want to downsize; some are relocating executives who need a spacious home for entertaining and living comfortably. We have bank customers whose foreclosure & REO properties we list and sell.
We never rush our clients to make a decision, as we work on your schedule, not ours. We can refer you to private lenders, mortgage lenders, and other vendors in the area. And, of course, we never accept a fee for referral to a vendor or lender. Even though vendors come highly recommended to us, or we have had personal experience with their work, you should always interview them and get other references and come to your own comfort level with them.
Our work helps support Founding Family Charitable Foundation, a 501-C-3 nonprofit.
